Our own ventures
The disciplines we offer are the ones we use on companies we own: filed, banked, engineered and lived with. So when we build for a client we are not experimenting. We are repeating work that has already held up under our own name.
The model
Some ventures are built to grow inside the firm for years. Others are built from the outset to be sold, finished and in good order, to an owner who will take them further. Clients' companies take a third road: built for them, and theirs from the start.
Where we stand
Founded on 22 December 2023, the day the Nevada Secretary of State authorized the filing, and owned entirely by Jewelle Lum. Las Vegas was built where nobody expected a city. We find that encouraging.
What we hold to
Every venture carries its true stage, and every client hears the truth about theirs: what is done, what is not, and what it will take. Good news keeps. Bad news is cheaper early.
We build for clients exactly as we build for ourselves. If we wouldn't put our own name on it and run it, we don't hand it to anyone else.
The filing, the invoice, the error message at midnight. The parts nobody sees get the same care as the parts everybody does, because that is where a company is won or lost.
Nothing worth building was ever built by one person. The founder, the operator and the architect decide together, face to face and in plain sight.
